Strukto Terms of Service

1. About Strukto

Strukto ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS platform for event management companies, operated by Pradeep Balasubramani, Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or using Strukto, you ("you", "your", "Customer") agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@strukto.in if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use Strukto.

3. What we provide

We provide access to the Strukto platform on a subscription basis. Features vary by plan (Limited, Pro, Enterprise). We may update features, add or remove functionality, and change pricing with 30 days notice for paid plans.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use Strukto for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform; share your login with people outside your organisation; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Your data

You own your data. We do not sell it. We process it only to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. On account termination, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion — you may export it during this period.

6. Payment

Free/Limited plan: no payment required during beta. Paid plans: invoiced monthly or annually, non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We use third-party payment processors and do not store card details.

7. Demo accounts

Demo accounts are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the account is suspended and data is retained for a further 30 days. We may terminate inactive demo accounts after 60 days total.

8. Uptime and support

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. Support is provided via email at support@strukto.in. During beta, response time is best-effort.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strukto's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to access the platform ceases.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
