Your clients' data, handled with care
Event companies hold guest lists, contracts and payment records. Here is plainly how Strukto protects them, and where the limits are.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Separated by organisation
Row-level security keeps each organisation's records apart, and access is limited by role.
You own your data
Your clients, events and invoices belong to you. You can ask us to export or delete them.
No card data stored
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store payment details.
Where data lives and who handles it
Strukto runs on a small set of infrastructure providers, each bound by a data processing agreement. Data may be processed in the United States. The Privacy Policy covers your rights under India's DPDP Act and the UAE PDPL.
What we have not done yet
Strukto is a young product run by a small team. We do not yet hold third-party certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. A dedicated, separately hosted instance is planned for Enterprise customers. If you have a security questionnaire or found an issue, write to hello@strukto.in.
